Songha® Night is a combination of valerian and lemon balm that restores sleeping patterns naturally.

Composition
One tablet contains:
- 120 mg Extract of Valeriana officinalis root extract
- 80 mg Extract of Melissa officinalis leaf extract
Equalising effect
Valerian is known for its calming effect on the central nervous system, balancing agitated states, while lemon balm has a soothing effect. The combination of the two plant extracts has shown no danger of addiction or hangover-like effects, which may occur when using chemical drugs such as benzodiazepines.
Galenical form
Songha® Night is available as sugar-coated tablets in bottles of 30 and blister of 30.
Posology
2-3 tablets daily.
A single dose of 2-3 tablets half an hour to one hour before bedtime. If necessary, a single dose earlier in the evening.
Additional information
Clinical studies have shown that Songha® Night does not affect daytime performance. A risk of misuse or abuse is apparently not present.
Songha Night is suitable for long-term treatment.
