KeenMind contains a specific extract from the plant Bacopa monnieri, also known as Brahmi or Bacopa. The specific extract used in KeenMind – known as CDRI 08® – has been researched in numerous pre-clinical studies and 6 clinical trials1-6 and continues to be the subject of ongoing research. CDRI 08 can be considered to be one of the world’s most researched Bacopa monnieri.

Using KeenMind

Recommended dosage & directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with breakfast


Children over 7 years: Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast or as advised by your healthcare professional.

 

In clinical trials some cognitive effects of KeenMind have been shown as early as 1 hour after consumption. However, to experience full benefits, KeenMind should be taken daily for at least 3 months.

 

KeenMind is well tolerated based on clinical research and years of use. As always, it is recommended that you talk to your healthcare professional if you have any questions about using KeenMind.

KeenMind is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding as there are no published studies to establish its safe use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Your healthcare professional can discuss with you the risks and benefits involved in taking KeenMind during these life stages.

KeenMind is suitable for children 7 years and over.

KeenMind has no known adverse effects on the ability to drive and operate machinery.

Yes, KeenMind is suitable for vegetarians.

KeenMind contains no added gluten, wheat, soy, sugar, yeast, salt, artificial colours or preservatives.

The recommended dose for adults is 2 capsules of KeenMind daily with breakfast. It is possible to take 1 capsule with breakfast, and 1 capsule with lunch. The recommended dose for children over 7 years of age is 1 capsule of KeenMind daily with breakfast, or as advised by a healthcare professional.

 

KeenMind capsules should be swallowed whole and not broken or chewed.

It is recommended that you take KeenMind with breakfast, at about the same time each day. 

Some people may experience mild gastric irritation after taking KeenMind, because of the naturally occurring compounds called saponins, which are present in the Bacopa monnieri plant. For this reason, it is recommended that you take KeenMind with food to avoid this irritation, and to help establish a routine.

Continue taking KeenMind daily to maintain benefits, or for as long as recommended by your healthcare professional.

 

Positive effects have been measured within hours, however daily use is recommended. Multiple KeenMind studies have demonstrated significant benefits after 3 months of daily use.1,2,5

If it is close to your next dose, skip the dose you missed and take your next dose when you are meant to. Otherwise, take it as soon as you remember, and then go back to taking KeenMind as you would normally. Do not take a double dose to make up for the dose that you missed.

Keep your capsules in the packet until it is time to take them. Keep the packet out of the reach of children, in a cool dry place below 30 °C.
